propagating hatred and lies.
Tweets and Apps Shares and Likes,
These are the signs of our time.
You know who you trust, you know who is right
Don't give up hope stand up and fight.
Crazy times, in this foolish world with
Wars, crimes and double standards taking center stage.
General elections are new battlefields these days.
A void we can't avoid.
Fears and lies dividing our lives,
the gap enlarges every year.
Show your strength speak your mind
Wake up before you're left behind.
What is the strategy for a kid growing up today?
With fake news, robots and golden palaces constantly thrown our way.
Should we be surprised by corruption day after day?
And how will we survive?
This is nothing new for the human race.
Much depends on where you're born and the color of your face.
This is nothing new but what can you do?

Will I be here this time next year?
Nobody knows, everyone cares.
I'm doing my best, what else can I do,
I'm not giving up and it's because of you.
Over and over and over and over and over and over again I try.
Over and over and over and over and over and over again I cry.
I should have known this could happen to me;
This is part of life's reality.
We all come and we all go,
we're all a part of the human flow.
I've given up crying for laughing and sighing
Love in the end will see us through.
Just live in the present and stay in the moment,
it's basically simple what we have to do.
I'm not giving up at least not right now.
Every new day is showing me how to
do my best, hold my head high -
